The city of 'EDO’ has become the central city of Japanese traditional dramatic beauty of Classical folk living, architecture, and art in the past. Edo has inspired SWANK to bring up the tale of a great city into its fall winter collection this year.

Representated in this collection, Salvi Arzharael, Swank’s creative director, has adapted the classical images into Swank’s DNA of High Street modern wearable attires with the combination of high quality print and hand embroidery of an art collaboration inspired by the kabuki performance art by Tamasaburo Bando and classic Japanese painting  Katsushika Hokusai’s ‘the Great Wave of Kanagawa’ (Kanagawa Oki Nami Ura) and other Japanese iconic Ukiyo-e images by the young talented illustrator, Filikh Raja.
